Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Tech

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
