Our custom PC builds undergo a rigorous 48-hour stress test before shipping. You can expect your system to depart our facility within 5-7 business days, with transit taking an additional 2-5 days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on refurbished electronics?
Yes, all refurbished items at Zach's Tech Turf come with a comprehensive 90-day limited warranty that covers hardware defects and performance issues.
What is your return policy for open-box components?
We offer a 30-day return window for most electronics. Please note that open-box components must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to support more international destinations in the near future.
